KNOW WHAT YOU ARE MEDIA LLC

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the consulting and educational services offered by Know What You Are Media LLC, doing business as Know What You Are (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
1. Services
We provide online consulting, conversations, and educational materials focused on philosophical and self-inquiry–based perspectives. “Services” include consultations, educational materials, the website knowwhatyouare.com, and any related digital or in-person offerings. What we offer is not medical, psychological, legal, financial, or predictive advice. All decisions remain your responsibility.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms.
3. Payment
Fees are due at booking unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by third-party providers. You are responsible for any taxes, conversion charges, or related fees.
4. Scheduling and Refunds
Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made under 24 hours are non-refundable. Refunds, if any, are at our discretion.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and original works we create or provide are owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, distribute, reproduce, or modify them without our written permission.
6. Your Responsibilities
Use the Services lawfully and respectfully. Do not interfere with or misuse the website, booking systems, or communication tools. Protect any account information if applicable.
7. International Use
We operate from the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, you are responsible for compliance with local laws.
8. Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Nothing in the Services constitutes medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other licensed professional advice. Interpretive or philosophical discussions are for educational purposes only.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Services is limited to the amount you paid in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Know What You Are Media LLC and its members, officers, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
11. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Teton County, Wyoming, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there regardless of your location.​
12. Dispute Resolution
Before initiating any legal action, both parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve disputes through informal discussion.
13. Force Majeure
We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, internet outages, or governmental restrictions.
14. Privacy Policy
Our separate Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information. It is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
15. Electronic Communications
By using our Services, you consent to receive communications electronically, including notices and policy updates, and agree that such communications satisfy legal requirements for written notice.
16. Severability and Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Failure to enforce any right or provision does not waive that right or provision.
17. Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights under them without our written consent.
18. Survival
Sections 5 (Intellectual Property), 8–11 (Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnity, Governing Law and Venue) survive termination.​
19. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Updates are effective when posted on our website. Each revision supersedes prior versions. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

20. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms.
21. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the full and exclusive agreement between you and us regarding the Services and supersede all prior understandings.

Headings are for reference only and do not affect interpretation.​
